Mark Hill

Mark R. Hill, LCSW is a clinical social worker with extensive history of working in social services for nearly 40 years. He retired in August of 2015 as Director of Intensive Youth Services for the Samaritan Center/Good Samaritan Hospital. He is a former city councilman and currently serves on the city’s Board of Public Works. He is an adjunct professor at Vincennes University in Social Work. Mr. Hill has been involved in numerous civic groups and historic organizations in the community including his work on the Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous. He is married to the former Marigay Speer for 44 years, father of two adult children, and grandfather to 7.
Lacey Lane
Administrative Assistance
Lacey was born and raised in Vincennes and is a 2003 graduate of Vincennes Lincoln High School. She went on to get her Cosmotology license in 2006 and worked in the field for 6 years on the East Coast. Lacey returned to Vincennes in 2012 and since then has been successful in a number of positions including: Managing Access Control for Toyota, health insurance and Stem Cell Donation for the National Bone Marrow Registry. In the past Lacey has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Lacey is also a member of the Old Towne Players in Vincennes and enjoys acting in her free time. In May of 2017 she married Jeff Lane. They reside in Vincennes with their daughter Siah.
Barbara ShimerCrawford County Community Resource Representative
Barbara is a long-time Robinson resident and a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. She recently retired as director of Theater at Lincoln Trail Colege after a long teaching career in the Robinson schools. Barbara has been active with the Crawford County 100 Women Who Care and various other civic and arts organizations. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Illinois Eastern Community Colleges. She is the mother of 2 daughters, Anne and Christina, and has 4 grandchildren.
