Knox County Board

Tricia Hall is an administrator who currently works at North Knox School Corporation in Bicknell, Indiana as the North Knox Jr-Sr High School Assistant Principal. Prior to making the transition to administration, Mrs.

Jodie Chesser is the Director of the Youth and Community Services at KCARC.  She got involved with the United Way because she wanted the opportunity to give back to such a great community. Jodie serves on the Campaign Cabinet and looks forward in assisting with events and promoting Knox County.

Lara Dawson works for RQAW as an Architectural Graduate.  She is married and mother of one. 

Kimiko Kahre is the Information Technology/Internal Control/General Administration Senior Manager.  A Japanese native she has lived in the United States for over 20 years and is married to a Knox County native.

Shyla Beam is a Knox County native and the Director of the Vincennes/Knox County Visitors and Tourism Bureau.  She got involved with the United Way because she felt they do great work in our community.  She serves on the marketing committee and assists with event and campaign promotion.

Tara Ellermann is the Director of Human Resources at Good Samaritan.  She is originally from Mt. Vernon, Indiana but relocated to the area when she married her husband, Andy.  They have 3 children - Cooper, Luke and Mila.  Tara joined the United Way Board in January 2020 and is excited to get more involved and serve Knox County.
